Set up flex “touchdown” stations for visitors instead of permanent offices, which often sit idle.  Or, install unassigned workstations for outside workers to use when they are in, rather than assigning one office per employee (they should be out in the field anyway!).  Using more flex space will cut occupancy costs and make your fixed rental costs more productive.
